Recon is in use through Apple Messages group conversations. The shared board is available on the web. If your team uses Android or another messaging app, talk with us about your channel before adding Recon.
What if Recon gets something wrong?
Check the vehicle record in the shared board. Your team can correct the record there. For a change in the group text, address Recon directly and check its reply.
Who can access our dealership’s data?
The web workspace requires sign-in and keeps vehicle records scoped to your dealership’s account. Updates posted in the group text are visible to that group. Talk with us about your data-handling requirements.
